To access this program, individuals need to register through their organization's wellness program, as 10K-A-Day is not a standalone application. The program offers various features, including connectivity with Apple's Health App for seamless step count synchronization, bi-weekly journeys to different cities featuring 14 attractions in each location, options for both individual and team involvement, a collection of over 250 nutritious recipes, as well as daily health tips and social support to inspire and assist participants along the way.
